ARE YOU OPEN TO SOMETHING NEW?

I use Be Activated as a framework for understanding and undoing compensation patterns.  This will be different from some more traditional physiotherapy approaches as we are looking to identify whole body patterns - it requires some curiosity, and interest in tuning in to what is happening in your body.

ARE YOU HAPPY TO BE ACTIVE IN THE PROCESS?

Sometimes it's a 'quick fix', often it is not. The best results happen when you are engaging! You'll have homework (things like simple breathing practices, activations, exercises). It's not difficult or excessively time consuming, but requires a level of commitment.
